All retail tenants remain open for business throughout construction. Planet Fitness was fully redeveloped and had a grand opening ceremony in July of 2021. Dunham's Sports remained open throughout construction of the store's new facade. Home2 Suites by Hilton celebrated its grand opening in January 2023.
