RETAIL TENaNTS

All retail tenants remain open for business throughout construction. Planet Fitness was fully redeveloped and had a grand opening ceremony in July of 2021. Dunham's Sports remained open throughout construction of the store's new facade. Home2 Suites by Hilton celebrated its grand opening in January 2023. Harbor Freight had its grand opening in February of 2023. Construction commenced on Dunkin' and Jimmy John's in April 2024.
