All retail tenants remain open for business throughout construction. Planet Fitness was fully redeveloped and had a grand opening ceremony in July of 2021. Dunham's Sports remains open while construction on its new facade and entrance is prepared. Home2 Suites by Hilton celebrated its grand opening in January 2023.
